The Mc Donalds drive thru is not managed effectively , in most cases you could wait up too 30 minutes for your order.

My concern is what is management doing about the situation any corrective action as well as alternative solutions.

There are certain Risk exposures you could be hijacked or ******. no disclaimer will eradicate liability because you are on there property as a patron and they should look at your safety ensuring that you are protected and this is there first priority.
