Service complaaint

We were recently at Macdonals Pritchard street Johannesburg as 4 friends and encountered a bad service on Sat 14Oct.We were waiting for a long time and not assisted up until we had to leave due to the staffs bad attitide, not having willingness to assist us as customers. Only after an hour they only tell us the system has been shut down and they cannot assist us. Regards A.Ngetu R.Matsholo
