Service Check

Okay... This is a service report about TOKAI MC D's<br> <br> So I am a regular at Mc D's and recently, I noticed the drive through taking exceptionally long. I understand that perhaps there was an influx of customers inside and perhaps orders got a bit crazy, but it's really not nice to wait all that time, and your food is cold! It should be a standard procedure that you do not serve cold food, especially the fries! This has happened to me on more than one occasion. <br> <br> Also, late at night there are beggars lurking in spots unseen to the staff, begging at cars. As a result I have not been there at night since, it places the customers at risk, especially being a female. I noticed security there the other day, so I'm hoping that is a good deterrent.
