I placed an order at the Brackenhurst MacDonalds 22-09-2023, 19:17

1. I called the customer care line twice, because I was promised to be called back. 2. Spoke to a highly *********** manager. 3. The food arrived at 21:51 4. The order was wrong (I got a coke instead of a Fanta orange) 5. I emailed my complaint to ***, they ignored me. 6. I filled out a complaint on https://crmportal.mcdonalds.co.za/Feedback/ and they ignored me.

The service from McDonalds was ********** and they have totally ignored my complaints. I have pictures, videos and audio recordings of the incident.
