Service at mcdonalds in protea glen mall is pathetic

<p>Last time I went to mcdonalds we ordered at the drive through and we were told to wait on the side they still preparing the food we waited for more than 10 minutes whilst people were passing us with their orders whilst we waiting for ours. Today to order at a drive through we waited 10 minutes for them to take the order then we waited for another 10 minutes to get the order so we spent more than 20 minutes on drive through for a mere R20 meal. When we ask them why do we wait so long on drive they tell us they are under staffed and management doesnt want to hire people and people have resigned. I cant spend more than 20 minutes on drive through as im sitting in for a meal. You can imagine how long I will sit if I sit in it means I can spend more than 30 minutes waiting for a meal. Please fix the mcdonalds in protea glen. We start getting bored when we have to go to mcdonalds and rather have kfc. My son also loves mcdonalds infect the whole family but the waiting is horrible.</p>
