Service at MacDonald's

I was at the Mac Donald's in Century City.U ordered a Mac flurry and it takes ok so long that I decided to cancel my order.I mean I wasn't buying Ng a meal I was just buying icecream and I had to wait for more than 20min just for that.I was really not impressed with their service.
