Service at its worst for the People of Mitchell's plain Westgate

Good Morning

I live in Mitchell's plan Westgate yesterday I went to Purchase two Big mack Burgers only. The service was awe full, staff passive attitude. Food particles on the floor literally walking over the food on the floor while preparing the meals.

Dumping the ready made burgers on top of each other no order. The clients was waiting endlessly.

So this is my take.

I didn't see no one on the floor from Head office monitoring the performance of the staff. I feel the money is more important then the service being rendered to the people of Mitchell's plain. I then requested to speak to the Manager then I explained what was happening and again I requested to speak to someone higher then her she mentioned no problem there is a manager that manager took his or her time I waited and none came out. The staff that was making the food did what they thought was the best but with no training no nothing who are we the people of Mitchell's plain.

I'm so upset just because it's in Mitchell's plain the bosses of MCDonalds thinks money not people.
