Service and food quality at Mc Donalds

Buying food from Mc Donalds drive true takes longer than going in side and once you receive your food from the drive true it is ice cold and the chips is old and not as crispy as it should be is looks like it was and old order and just true the chips back in the oil to fry again. my experience at Mc Donald is very disappointed and I will definitely not recommend McDonald's to any one any more , because if that is the service and food one is getting from a fast food place it is a dis-crease
