Service and food

<p>I'm sorry to say but the McDonald's by okavango crossing is pathetic firstly when I was putting in my order they took atleast 10 minutes to find each item on the menu that I ordered... secondly I wait another 10 minutes to pay and then I wait exactly 45 minutes for my food and then they gave me the wrong food and half of my food and I paid nearly R70 for my meal and I only got half of my meal and when I asked to speak to the manager then the manager also go the order wrong and she didn't want to give me my other half of my meal she refused to and they only have four staff members on duty during a drive thru on a Saturday night the busiest night of the week... so I want my money back because I paid for food I never got and the service was unprofessional.</p>
