<p>98% of the time when I go to a Mac Donalds in my town, the ice-cream machine is broken or off. Another thing is surely fast food means fast food. We always go through the drive through. And we are always asked to go and wait in the parking lot. 15 minutes later our food arrives, while others who were after us receive their food at the final window.</p> <p>Solution---- Buy a new ice-cream machine</p> <p> ----Employ more staff so that food gets out quick enough and customers dont get upset.</p> <p> </p>
