I ordered a Spicy McFeast with a Grimace shake form Woodmead branch in Johannesburg. The order was delayed for over 30+ minutes. When the driver arrived with my order, instead of the Grimace shake, I got a strawberry milkshake(which I do not drink). The driver informed me that they kept him waiting for the order with no explanation and then told him that they informed me about the Grimace shake issue. I had to call the to inquire and was told that the Grimace shake is discontinued. They should have informed me like they told the drive instead of keeping me waiting and delivering an incorrect item. If the Grimace shake is discontinued, why is it still on the menu?
