**** Service

I went to McDonald's Parktown, their service is so terrible, there's no order, staff are just hanging behind the counters not assisting client busy chatting. I can't even mention their food, extremely terrible. I bought an orange juicy but it was just water, burger is just dry with little bit of sauce and lettuce no pickles. I called their customer care number around 17:00pm, and the answering machine tells me, they are closed, operating hours are from 7:00am - 22:00pm. A business that operates 24hours a day, but has a call centre that operates from 7:00am - 22:00pm. Honestly speaking this is bull****ting customers.
