So against my better judgement and once again giving them the benefit of the doubt I went back to McDonald's Silverton Pretoria after my son having had an operation today and having had previous problems with the same branch I had to deal with someone shouting on me shouting at me can I take your order please can I take your order when I had just pulled up in the drive-thru this is so unprofessional not giving your customers or clients and opportunity to even read the menu then when I when I speak or when I had spoken to the employee who did this she just brushes it off sorry sorry with a smile on her face because of this specific branch I don't even want to eat McDonald's food anymore that's how I feel very very disappointed
