I’ve been buying at McDonald’s but today I had a bad experience, their workers need to be trained. I bought a Meal with Mcfizz, I didn’t know I have to customise the drink if I don’t want ices, so I informed the other lady that can she kindly remove ices to my Mcfizz the lady said I should inform someone who will be assisting me. A white lady from McDonald’s Cape Town Long Street, just told me that I should customise next time then she came back with Mcfizz, total a half of a drink, she didn’t hesitate to fill it again and left me there, bad service tbh.
