On this day just a few minutes before this review was published, entering into protea glen McDonald and found all the stuff with no name tags but that’s maybe new style of work so approaching the self serving ordering machine placed the order and went to pay at the counter and I found (Crew id 447 - Simthokozele Gama) the mentioned in brackets on the till lady was so mute I had to keep coming closer to her and she seemed to didn’t even care that I can’t hear her and then to top it all she asked if I was complimenting her when I addressed how I can’t hear her, then I had to wait 20-30 mins for a stuff member called Lungile to serve the two mango frappe’s before the order showed neither preparing nor collection on their customer screen and when I asked her why is that she told me she’s knocked off and no one will help if she doesn’t severe them. Had to wait for something like five minutes again and then I went back to the counter to find another stuff who kept on talking to me while going up and down and when I asked for a refund was kept waiting not even know ich who is to assist me till I had to shout in the store to be assisted. And mind you I’m hungry online all of this.
