Server offline

Hi. We went to McDonald's and the were 'offline'. The lady told us to come back in 20mins we asked her if they could make food and she said yes,but still refused to help us. I've had bad service there're last time I went there and will never have McDonald's again. Worst service ever!!!! They make you wait in the parking g for your drive through service because they can't make up your 2 burger order in 5minutes. Worst McDonald's ever!!!
