Served Toilet Paper as serviettes with my food

I went to one of your outlets PMB commercial road in town, this morning at 09:10am and the staff was busy doing cleaning there were no notices clarifying the store opening late due to cleaning but they told me they can't serve so I went to the next outlet PMB next to Ford where I was served my food with toilet paper (the cheap one with a brownish look) I took a take away so I only saw this wen I got to my office.

Was so disgusting to experience this.
