Served absolutel ****!

Yesterday, Sunday 5th October my husband and I went here and I ordered at the self service station. 2 double McTasty meals with milkshakes. I paid but no slip came out. I told the server behind the counter this and she barely understood me. I then went to use the bathroom, there was no toilet paper and the wash basin wasn't working. No out of order signs were up. I then proceeded to wait over 20 minutes to eventually ask another server what's happening. She gave me my food, which had been standing out waiting. I asked about the milkshakes, then she walked off and im left waiting another 10 minutes, to be told theres no milkshakes. Ive paid extra for these and people are being served ice creams. No the ice cream is finished now I was told I could get either an apple or orange juice. I ordered 1 of each. After waiting 40 minutes I go to my car- the drinks are wrong. 2 orange juices, the food is cold and burgers are soggy. I paid R292.00 for 2 meals that wasn't even worth R50.00. This is not the first time. Absolutely disgusted and so angry at waiting 40 minutes. Paying R300 for utter ****. I have complained to McDonald's and heard nothing back. A refund is the least I expect for this Absolutely poor effort.
