Served a filthy service

Macdonald Newcastle Drive thru unattended for about 20min ,not notifying us ,drove till the 3rd window ,and the staff just stared as If I'm bothering them with no sense of urgency, when I asked to be service ,was told the morning staff didn't charge the batteries 🙄, I don't even know batteries for what,are served by batteries now? ****ed by such service! 3:30pm on the 21March,
