Seriously bad attitude

<p>On 3 July I placed an o line order for my best friend as he had some issues and didn't have any food in his house. I placed an order online for breakfast and some burger.. now all went well until the delivery guy started shouting and screaming at my friend. My friend almost had a stroke the Friday before and at this time and was not well at all. This was this second time this had happened and I was not going to stand for it. I reported the incident to Thami (i think this was his name, he is the manager). He checked on the system and found who the driver on the system and he indicated that he will deal with it. He indicated that he was going to let me know. Needless to say it is two weeks and he still dis not let me know. Utterly disgusting attitude when people think they can treat customer like dirt.</p>
