Selling old chips and burgers to customers

At just 17:00 this afternoon I visited the franchise and ordered a big mac medium meal. When i got home i realised that the fries have been fried to make them fresh and also the bun they make the burger was toasted to make it fresh. The chips were full oil and i couldnt even eat them. As for the burger, i couldn't even take bite of it as it was soo hard from being stale and toasted. Why sell to people things that are not fresh at a full price at that. This is the worst service i have received from the franchise in the 4 years that i have used it.
