Selling meals not advertised

<p>I ordered a Big Tasty at the Cradlestone Mall and was served something similar to a McFeast but not by D Mokhele. I was then offered a larger size chips to compensate for the error by Nonhlanhla (I assume a manager), apparently they forgot that they were out of stock of the white cheese and at their own discretion decided to swop it out with yellow cheese.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dealing with Irvine who is trying to resolve the issue still leaves me burgerless and now having to compensate with another meal, bribery and thinking it is funny when a paying customer complains is no joke in my eyes.</p> <p> </p> <p>This complaint too has been logged with the tollfree complaints / compliments line, check your meal before accepting that it is correct ... lesson learnt. </p> <p> </p> <p>It has all been sorted and since resolved.</p>
