Selling "I don't have"

Mc Donald's Gugulethu Branch is inefficient. I went to the drive through I ordered Kit Kat Mcflurry they said they don't have ice cream.Proceeded and order 4 Big Macs regular meals they said they do not have lettuce,I was like that is fine.I then proceeded to order quarter pounder they said they dont have onion,lettuce and cucumber ,I asked if they expected us to pay the same since they seem not to have everything.The person assisting said yes.I asked for the manager and a lady called Zandile said she was the manager and asked her since they don't have most of the ingredients ,are they expecting us to pay the full amount.She said they tell the customers what they don't have so that we can decide if we want to buy or not.I said the system she can overide and discount what they don't have and I don't think the franschise owner would be happy with her reply.She said there is nothing can do.I cancelled my order and drove to athlone and got a great service there.

Apparently they always have issues with their food and shortage of ingredients .It was empty inside and car behind us also left with nothing
