Self service bad design

The self service gadget took me my kids 10 minutes to order 5 items.

Why is McDonald so arrogant in forcing customers to use unfriendly interface? To make it worse, the order took over 30 minutes to prepare. Don't **** McDonald with arrogance, bring back the brand to the top. We still McDonald but bad may certainly may cause us to start looking for alternatives.
