Seapoint McDonals pathetic

Visited McDonalds Seapoint today after 16:00. Waited in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes. When we finally got to the pick window the car in front had to wait for at least 5 minutes for their order. I got out and asked to see the manager due to my frustration with the poor customer service. The manager only came down at 16:40. No apology. No excuse. I was furious cancelled my order and drove to another branch. Even the customer behind me cancelled his order. I've never experienced such pathetic poor service at a McDs. 40 minutes in a drive thru with nothing to show.
