Scratch card is a **** and a sham

I bought meal and got a scratch card that qualified R500 towards a getaway. The website to book doesn't allow you to book anywhere in SA..WHEN I CALL THEM NO ONE ANSWERS..I LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER 3 TIMES no one has bothered to call me..BUGGEST **** EVER
