SCOTCHING HOT MCDONALDS CAPPUCCINO BURN

Got burnt by their drive through cappucino three times. It spilled 3 times. The last two times it burnt my behind while driving last Friday, I have pics and today it burnt my chest while waiting for my order. I called the manager, I was told that I must have app**** pressure on the cup. It doesn't matter how it happened, I have been consuming drive through McDonald's cappuccino for a longtime now. The new cups are not ideal for drive though. Their cappuccino is too hot. My chest is burnt. I am lying awake now because it hurts. The manager at Shelly beach McDonald's did not write a report, maybe she didn't know what to do. How are we supposed to drink a scotching hot drink while driving? Make it make sense.
