SCOOT DELIVERY SERVICE

This is the second time I ordered with scoot and your service and drivers are pathetic, they never get the order right or they cannot use directions it's just makes me sick that we use service provided to us yet your drivers cannot follow simple instructions, can't they read or what is the actual problem? It's a delivery service yet we have to walk after drivers? Y
