****med at McDonalds

Money was debited from my account on the 2nd of December for a purchase I had made via the McD app did not receive the food I have been given the run around for over a month now for a refund . I am now being told to send my bank statement . McDonald's does not even have a complaints process their customer service is pathetic. Would not recommend them at all !
