Sauceless nugget order!!!

This is the second time this has happened to my Fiancé and i, do you guys juat dont care that you dont give the customer what they've paid for? The first time i ordered nuggets i ordered jalapeño sauce with it, and guess what no sauce! This is the second time buying a 6 piece nugget with jalapeño sauce and NO SAUCE!!! Paying for something which a person is not even getting. Very disappointed!! And also just to add they they our slip each time and never gives it back so even if i wanted to complain id be asked for proof which was taken by your staff!
