Satisfy my craving? Absolute nightmare!

<p> </p> <p>Dear McDonalds, i'll try not to be vulgar but please read below: </p> <p> On saturday the 08 July 217 at 03:58am i arrived at the McDonalds drive thru in midrand hoping to indulge my hunger and cure any potential hangover with a Grand Chicken Spicy meal. I sat in the line and was attended to 40 minutes later just for my order to be taken. Further to that, once i managed to reach the pick up window 15 minutes later, 3 lady's had approached the window, and started placing an order whilst im awaiting fir my food. the cashier took their order through the collection window, while people waited in the drive thru to place an order, and made sure that they received their food before serving any one else. Mind you - i waited and watched as they took their food and went galloping whilst its almost an hour that im sitting there waiting to be served. Eventually we receive our food, whilst more poor souls sit waiting and i head on home, only to realise my burger bun was dry and hard as if stale, and my chicken patty was a little frozen pink on the inside. How might this satisfy my craving? It was already early hours of the morning and i needed to sleep, it was unedible. Money down the drain. I awaoke the next morning with the burger lying there hardly eaten and had to throw it away!!!! What nonsense service is that? first yous erve people within 5 minutes that come walking on foot while we sit there for an hour, then you still give me ****ty food? I want a response at the earliest thanks,</p> <p> </p>
