Satisfactory dining experience

I would like to offer feedback regarding my recent experience at the McDonald's in Vereeniging. I have found the level of service at this location to be subpar compared to other McDonald's establishments. In the past, I had a disagreement with an employee over the quality of service provided. Additionally, I have noticed that for the past month, only medium meals have been offered, with regular meals not being available. When inquiring about this change, I was informed that regular meals cannot be served due to a lack of regular cups. This explanation strikes me as unprofessional and concerning. I believe improvements are needed at this location to ensure a more satisfactory dining experience for customers.
