Sand in my McDonalds BURGER

Sand in my burger!!!<br> <br> Last night (Date: 12/05/2015 Time: 21:53:45) I purchased a Grand Chicken Burger Small Meal and a chocolate cuppa cake @ Centurion Life Style Mall's McDonalds<br> I have eaten a Grand Chicken burger in the pass however the burger tasted different. <br> To my disgust I took a bite of the burger just to find sand in my burger. <br> I went to the counter to the cashier who helped me. She had the audacity to tell me it's not sand its cuppa cake. One of the other cashiers tasted it and confirmed it was sand. The cashier who helped me in the first place told me the kitchen will make me a new burger and she thinks it won't have sand on it again. The manager Margaret refunded me. <br> Expected for Margaret the manager on duty, who was great, all the other staff members treated me like ****.<br> My evening was spoiled by *********** staff. How can someone not see there is sand on the burger!!!! <br> This is unacceptable customer service and quality of food.<br> Regards<br> Miss DP Venter<br>
