Salty burgers and halp cup juices

Good day,i have ordered food for me and daughter iam not happy with the quality of food we received the burgers were salty and dry,their passion fruit juice was half on both cups,did not enjoy anything about the food,why is the quality of food we order online is not the same as the one when we walk in the restuarant,iam really disappointed.
