Safety to customers

I'm so disappointed, i got ****** inside the shop of MacDonald's, not just me alone, with other 2 customers, they also went ahead to Rob the Cashier and the stuff, and later on tell me that, the insurance doesn't cover customers and they there's nothing they could have done to stop it, but what's the use of having security guard by the door, who is just there for nothing, with his button stick and a 2 way radio, they probably app**** for insurance to cover us but used that claim for their personal use, what pains me the most, I bought that phone on the 1st of December 2021 and its not just a regular phone but Samsung Galaxy A32, 5G, I only got to use it for one month and 17 days, I'm now stuck with receipts and memories
