Sadly disappointed

I'm really disappointed in mcdonalds bellville branch.i orderd three chocolate hazelnut ice coffee and I got three cups of poor tasting ice..I'm not even disappointed I'm anymore I'm just disgusted with the nonsense they pass off as ice coffee.
