We would like to lodge a formal complaint against McDonalds Kathu. We placed an order telephonically at 08:10, when arriving at the McDonald's 08:40 the order wasn't ready. After waiting almost 10 minutes for the manager we were told that the order wasn't made because no payment was received. The whole point was to save time, as we are a business and wanted to have a quick breakfast on the go. We cancelled the order and was quickly helped elsewhere!

We will be advertising to our clients not to go to McDonalds Kathu. There is no service. This is not the first time that I was disappointed, apologies and poor reasons won't help anymore. I had enough of those every other time I complained with a till slip in hand.
