Sad but true unhappy clowns.

As we work in Hammanskraal and have only a few choices of franchises to choose from to support (in these difficult times), I find that Mcdonalds Hammanskraal is utterly below par on service, handling of customers, and receiving the correct order as placed with the "best team'. It doesn't take a genius and or a restaurant critic to see and experience the worst customer satisfaction at this particular branch. The patrons know me already and some know what I would order and still get it wrong apart from waiting extraordinarily long (when the queues are short).

I have once had to accept my order without drinks because they did not have stock. I was not told beforehand and the full payment was taken. I was really unhappy and I was frowned upon by the staff because I couldn't accept the situation. This is a disgrace to a world-class franchise that has won so many awards selling itself proudly to customers to actually walk into **** success.

I shall continue to support local businesses and will also network my favor and disgust at this branch in Jubilee Mall.
