<p>water ristrictions in Pretoria but McDonalds on Rachel de beer in pretoria north doesnt care..they water the drive way and parking with a hose pipe..mide day for 4 hours? borehole or not this is just wrong, im not even a nature freak and i still see how wrong it is..they need to be penelized for this!!!!!!!!!</p>
