Rustenburg McDonalds

Good day Peter We have a complain about Rustenburg McDonalds. We bought meals last night after my card was "declined" my friend swiped his card for payment. This morning I saw that my card did went through. When we went there to sort out the double payment they had a huge issue. We were there for an hour, then the staff stand there and laugh at us while we busy sorting out the problem. When we ask for manager diff people appear. I know we are fighting for R370 but this is not right. The way they handle the issue was very unprofessional. This is not expected from a big francise. Now I must wait to get my money back.
