Rude stuff

We rudely informed that we need to send a WhatsApp .we did that an hour went by with no response we even asked on the WhatsApp if they could confirm the order but nothing .One of the ladies came out we tried to ask her how this works but she gave us attitude 1st then explained .we waited an hour not knowing what's going on I'm highly dissapointed the Stuff in springs mall lack customer service they are rude teach them customer service starting with answering the phone
