Rude staff at McDonalds Parow

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. On several occasions I've received the worst attitude and service from staff members here. I only go back there because it is convenient and closest to home but after this bad experience I will never return again. This specific staff member was so rude and arrogant from the minute I ordered to the point where I made payment. I instructed her to select the savings option when swiping my bank card, however the card declined and she told me this in a very rude way. I then asked her to retry to which she responded with an attitude that she has selected the correct option , practically shouting at me. I then asked her why she had such a bad attitude and why she was so rude and she responded by saying that she is not rude and continuing shouting at me and making excuses for her disgusting behaviour . This is not the first time I experience this sort of attitude from staff and even management at this store. In fact, I have never encountered a smiling employee at this store. For some reason all of these staff members are rude and I am utterly appalled. For this reason you have lost a very valuable customer.
