Rude staff at Mc Donalds Nkomo

On Saturday night I went to Nkomo village Mc Donald. Went through the drive through to order. 1 Big Mac meal, 1 Mc Feast Delux meal and 1 oreo Mc Flurry. I only checked my food when I got home and realized that the Mc Feast was ommited from my order. I drove back to the store to enquire about the missing Mc Feast Delux. The workers there laughed at me and my brother when we asked to speak to the manager. One lady said the manager went to the toilet, while the other one said the manager went to the parking lot. After we waited for manager for about 10 minutes we decided to leave. I was given the missing burger that was now cold. And the ice cream had melted and the other burger was also cold. The only person who was professional and apologize to us was Nombuso. The rest of the staff were making snide comments and even laughing at us. I was very disappointed that we had to leave with cold food, melted ice cream and didn't even see the manager.
