Rude staff and no customer service

Mc Donalds Tembisa, olifasntsfontein, the service was terrible, It was not my first visit to this McDonald's, every time when I am here I am not pleased with the service but what they did today was worse, we went there with my friend and we waited for almost like 6 minutes to be assisted everyone was at the back and they saw that there clients waiting to order food but they were busy making noise, laughing and we waited patiently for help after a while comes this lady Grace and she didn't even greet us and we gave her our order and we also wanted to redeem one of the offers on the on the McDonald's App which she couldn't do and she called the manager Donald and he didn't greet us also and we waited patiently and after 10 minutes waiting to place our order grace decided to call another customer in front of us, she and her manager don't explain to us what is going, they decided to call another customer and took their orders after that then they come back to us, they don't care about customer service, I work with customers and I don't treat my customers like, I am not going to keep quiet about I am going to escalate this until something is done about the staff because they undermine the people who stays in the township just because we stay in the tembisa doesn't mean we are stupid, this is not the first time this thing is happening, the Mc Donald's staff are rude and I personally think all of them need training including the manager who can't manage his staff
