Rude service

I went to Mc Donald's Meyerton with my son. We placed a order on the machine and asked one of the personal to help us. We made a mistake by canceling the order and asked the person to assist us again and were treated really badly. I did contact Mc Donald's head office and got no reply or follow up on the situation. I will never go back there with my family. Unless Mc Donald's come back and tell me what they did about this situation. Because apparently it's not the first people this happen to at this location
