Rude service

I went to McDonald's in Vanderbijlpark at the Vaal Mall at 16:40. I used the self service station to order and pay, however we restarted an order because it was not what we wanted to order originally. The employee stationed at the self service station was extremely rude when we restarted. She stated that the kitchen were already preparing the original order, but this cannot be true because we did not view the order yet or pay for it. We sat down and waited for our order and the employee came back with a paper and pen and demanded that I write my details, such as name and number, along with reason for restarting our order.

It came across as extremely rude, she did not explain thoroughly why she wanted the full details or what we did wrong exactly.

It was an unpleasant experience and I did not want to give my details.
