Rude McDonald Pritchard Employee

I went to McDonald's Pritchard Street in Johannesburg today on the 10 September 2024 at 11:34am. I bought Mcfeast deluxe with watermelon McFizz order number 53. I collected my order from Lindo, as I collected my order I asked him for a cup holder as I want it because the cold drink will spill as I’m walking back to work and he said no, I asked him why and he said the cup holder is for 2 cups and I only have one cup. He said it designed for one cup and he won’t give me the cup holder even after I even beg for it. He was very arrogant and rude and I asked him if he is the store manager and he said no his not the store manager, his just a staff member. I asked him if he doesn’t want with the cup holder and he said yes. And when I left, I said okay thanks and he screamed and said NO PROBLEM THANK YOU FOR COMING AT MCDONALDS and the other staff members that were on duty with him started laughing at me. I wish I didn’t even buy my food there. I didn’t enjoy my food, imagine spending my money at McDonalds Pritchard Street for me to be disrespected like that. Lindo was sarcastic and rude. If you can see how he was demonstrating what the cup holder is made for.. I bought and on my return to work my hands were sticky as the McFizz was spilling. McDonald’s customer service is very bad… your staff members mock customer and laugh about it. Even the manager at the restaurant is in support of the bad service, I called the store when I got to work to log a complain and I spoke to Keith who promised to call me back after speaking with Lindo but he never did. Keith also advised that they give any customer who request for a cup holder. I’m very disappointed with McDonalds and I will never buy from your restaurant again. Your staff members are very rude. I don’t know if the cup holder belongs to Lindi’s father, the way he was bold.. the nerve. Well at least he got 2minutes of fame!!!!
