Rude manager, forgot to take her name

Mcdonald Lyndhurst 3 July 2023 I wanted to buy Mcdonald for my kids, before I left the house I couldn't find my wallet but that I remember you can pay with your phone. So I went to the drive through, before ordering I asked the lady assisting me if they have scan to pay and she said yes they do. So I proceeded with my order which was redeeming my app point for a free big Mac and a double cheese burger meal which was 39,99. I tried to scan and we didn't win. So the lady advised me to go inside and I told her if I do my 2 min will expire and she insisted I go she will tell them that I just need to pay. When I got inside it was a different story I was told I need to reorder and now the deal was locked I couldn't. That time I am just standing there withy son and nobody is assisting me, I was just told the deal is locked I must wait for it, like how long coz in my experience it can even take a day to recover your point then they said they are calling the manager who came in a very rude manner no greet nothing, and she asked is it you who order, mind you there were two of us standing there with another lady. I responded and said it is me. She said I can't give you a free meal you have to wait for your points to come back, I never said I want a free meal, I wouldn't go to store if i cant afford it, and I ask her but I did arlet the lady at the window about the deal expiring and she assured me it won't, she was extremely rude to a point that she walking away and threw hands on me. I lost it my self. I have never seen a rude manager such as that one at McDonald's Lyndhurst, I have never seen rude staff such as Macdonalds Lyndhurst staff, I sometimes go and work from there during the day. The way they speak to customers, rude and pathetic. Sometimes no stock but they have sold to you. That place is pathetic I feel sorry for the owner having such horrible staff working for you and the brand itself 3 hours later my point are still gone with no meal, the 30 min they promised never happened
