****** rude manager

So last night (20th Oct at about 9:10) i decided to get myself and son Mcdonald's at the avonwood brand . i go through the drive thru and start to order what i want . The polite cashier / lady assists me but only to get to the point where they have no fanta orange in stock , i then ask her to substitute it with orange juice as this has happened multiple times before and i explained that different branches has given this considering im a client . She explains that she cant and i ask for a manager and that i must now proceed to the next window .

I get to the window and i start my conversation with the manager Nontikelelo . She started out being polite and as i explained that i drove to there for my 2 meals and then she also explained that she cant exchange the orange juice with the non stocked fanta orange flavour cooldrink . She now wants me to choose of the other brands / flavours of which i do not drink (sprite , creme soda and coke i think it was ) i then told her i do not drink those cooldrinks and i explained that it is not my fault that they are out of stocks . At that point i heard her say softly that she 'does not care' and i asked her what did she say and then said she said something in 'xhosa' . Then i asked for her name and she refused , she saw i took out my cellphone and started moving away ,and then she just left without resolving the issue . Needless to say she is rude , and does not know how to treat paying customers that pays her salary .

I then had to ask her name from the cashier lady and she told me the manager's name .

I left and went to parow branch , lol and they did not have fanta orange aswell , however the difference was this manager was polite throughout the transaction and she assisted me and substituted the non in stock fanta orange with orange juice at the normal meal price . The manager at the Parow branch was Yvonne (not sure of spelling ) this was at about 9:30
