Rude manager and horrible service.
Last night u went to McDonalds in Lyndhurst and received the worst service ever and as if that was not enough the manager on duty was the rudest person I've ever met I got to the shop at 8:20pm it took the lady that was assisting me a good 10 minutes to get my order (I think she was learning) I was patient enough with her although you can not be training someone at rush hour like that and her till was the only operative one. I waiting 30minuets for my order and finally decided ice been here for too long and stood up to find out what the delay was one of the ladies took my slip and I waited for another 10 minutes I got really annoyed because I had been there for so long and my 5year old was also getting irritable and grumpy I asked what the delay was and no one could answer instead I got attitude I proceeded to ask for the manager and omg the biggest mistake of my life that woman was so rude and as a person that works with people I give other people a chance before I snap because yes I understand that you are under pressure and other factors come to play but a manager is the person that should calm the situation instead she told me where to get off and was willing to give me a refund if I didn't want to wait I mean *** is that? The service in lyndurat is bad I always have to check my order all the time because its either wrong or missing something if not a packet of fries its the toy or the burger is spicy I've never complained before I think because we are lenient that's why they keep hiving us the ****tu service we get that manager didn't want to give me her name she was on duty around 8:30pm and for a person that walked into shop at 8:20 pm how fair is it that I walked out 9:16pm? I mean I'm not there to sit and watch people I wanted to get my order and leave but I received insults and a "if you can't wait take your money back" are you people in the business of refunds? Honestly if your staff doesn't like their jobs please excuse them on top of waiting that long you would think my order would be correct but I didn't get my extra jalapeño sauses I ordered. Shameful!
